I am a single Mother of 3 wonderful kids, ages; 15, 16, and 17yrs old. When I was married we tried to have kids for over 6 yrs with no luck. We figured there were a lot of great kids that needed homes so we decided to adopt. We adopted a wonderful one yr old boy in 2004, then adopted his newborn sister a few months later. A week after we got her, I found out I was pregnant! So I went from having no kids, to having 3 kids in less than a year. Be careful what you pray for! I am Family Peer Support Specialist at a non-profit for people with co-occurring diagnosis' such as an addiction and depression, anxiety, etc. Anna is a big believer in the Law of Attraction and has seen it do amazing things in her life.

Why People Fail - By Bryan Fleming

A good friend of mine just started a website design business a few months ago. I asked him how things are going, he said, “great”. He went on to tell me about all the wonderful things he’s going to be doing. All the plans he has for his new company.

You know what he didn’t tell me?

Anything that he’s actually done.

He’s a planner. A real big thinker. But he’s not a doer. How many people do you know like this?
The best idea in the world won’t get you anywhere without action. The truth is an idea is just that, an idea. You and I don’t know if it’s good until something gets done. We won’t know until the real world responds to it.

It’s better to do something, anything, rather than sit around planning what might happen. This catches us all from time to time. The trick is recognizing this failure disease and to move on. Think about it. When was the last time you got something done? How did you feel? Were you energized? Did you want to do more?

Getting something out the door, or trying something new is action. Action builds momentum. Momentum will get you to your goal faster. It feeds on itself.

I suspect my friend will still be planning his Internet business this time next year. He’ll probably have a lot more ideas, but nothing will have been done. Had he done anything at all he’d be a lot better off. Would it have been perfect? Most likely not. But he could have improved on it.

Human beings are remarkable creatures. We are very good at responding to our environment. If something’s wrong we’ll naturally fix it. That’s why it’s not very important to get it right the first time. You’ll respond to any problems just fine. It will get better with time.

Let’s all work on getting things done sooner. Let’s not spend so much time sitting around planning what might or might not happen. That type of thinking only slows us down and buries our ambition. Remember:

“It’s better to do something than to sit around worrying about nothing”

Affiliate Program - The Right One For YOU - By Michael Russell

Affiliate programs are a dime a dozen on the Internet these days. Everybody and their grandmother has one and each one promises more riches than the one before it. With all the hype that's floating around, it's impossible to know just what's real and what's just that, hype.

So, how DO you find a good affiliate program? What should you look for? Hopefully, after reading these few tips, you'll be on your way to finding an affiliate program that is just right for you.

The first thing you want to do is find an affiliate program that fits into your budget. Some are free to join but then there are those that require you to actually join the company as a paid member before you can promote their product or service. If funds are tight, you may want to go with a program that is free to join and then after that you simply promote your affiliate link to sell their product or service. This way, if you don't make any money, you're not out any money, unless of course you've spent money on advertising. But that's a different subject altogether.

The next thing you want to look for in an affiliate program is what it actually pays for each sale or sign up. You don't want to promote programs that pay very little. The reason is because your efforts aren't going to justify the low pay. So you want to look for something that comes with a hefty price tag. The downside to this is that you won't make as many sales selling a big ticket item because it won't appeal to as many people. You might want to consider a mid ticket item that will appeal to more people.

When looking for an affiliate program most people, unfortunately, look for the hottest new thing on the Internet. This has its pluses and minuses. On the plus side, you will probably make more sales since it is a newer item. On the minus side, you will probably have more competition because it is new and also there is the possibility that the program will go belly up sooner than with a program that has been established. many new programs fail in their first year or sooner. So promoting a new affiliate program is always a risk.

Finally, there is the ethical side of finding an affiliate program. Many, if you just read their sales page, are blatant pyramid schemes. Most of these programs will eventually collapse or be shut down. You have to go with your conscience on this one. You may make a lot of money on these programs at the start, but you'll be doing it at the expense of others coming in later on just before the wheels come flying off and many people end up losing their money. You really want to try to find a program that has a viable product or service that you can believe in. The program itself will have a better chance of surviving.

By following the above tips, you have a decent chance of finding an affiliate program that is just right for you.
